This session supports leaders to develop practical strategies that embed, operationalise, and normalise flexible and hybrid working. With hybrid work now an expected and enduring feature across industries, leaders must rethink how they lead, communicate, and build connection in increasingly dynamic and dispersed environments.

Together we will explore the evolving role of leadership in fostering trust, clarity, and collaboration; whether team members are working remotely, on-site, or through a blend of both. Participants will examine how to establish effective communication channels, leverage technology to support productivity, and set shared expectations and outcomes that enable both individual and team success.
