Supporting your Workplace to be Certified
The Family Friendly Workplaces certification program, administered by Parents At Work, recognises organisations committed to creating Family Inclusive Workplaces. It serves as both a recognition and social impact measurement tool, offering a score and recommendations based on National Work + Family Standards. These standards, developed with UNICEF Australia, provide benchmarks for best practices.
The certification process helps organisations evaluate and improve policies and practices to foster inclusion, gender equality, and wellbeing.
There are three simple steps to achieving Family Friendly Workplace certification:
2. Receive Report
We produce a benchmarking report for you, if you meet the minimum requirements, you will be invited to certify. You will then complete the online certification assessment and receive a report providing social impact scores and recommendations.
3. Action Plan
Your organisation will determine the areas it would like to focus on through an endorsed work & family action plan so you can be certified as a family-inclusive employer.
We provide you with a Family Friendly Workplace Employer Pack including the certification. Lastly, we work with you to start promoting the great work your organisation is doing!

200-900 Employees - $3000 + GST*
900-2000 Employees - $4000 + GST*
2000-5000 Employees - $5000 + GST*
5000+ Employees - $7500 + GST*
