How is creating 'space' helpful for finding balance?
This article introduces the concept of creating 'space'.
What if creating balance was not so much about finding time but about creating space?
When we start to address all the contributing factors to wellbeing such as our diet, sleep, relationships, and how we are with ourselves - both emotionally and physically - we start to create more space for ourselves and therefore more space in our day-to-day.
Provide yourself the opportunity to have an honest evaluation of what it is that:
-
- is draining you
- is causing stress, or
- you are resisting in life
From this process of observation you will then have readily on hand your personalised ‘where to next?’ to create more space and balance in your life.
