Menopause-1

This interactive, evidence-based webinar is designed to support you in maintaining your health, wellbeing, and performance while navigating the challenges of hormone changes, perimenopause and menopause.

With approximately two-thirds of working women reporting that menopausal symptoms negatively impact their work, this session addresses common experiences such as fatigue, difficulty concentrating, hot flushes, insomnia, and mood changes.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of these symptoms and learn practical, evidence-informed strategies to manage them effectively, supporting both their personal wellbeing and professional performance.

Key Takeaways

  • Gain insight into how menopause can affect physical health, emotional wellbeing, and cognitive performance.
  • Recognising common symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, sleep disruption, and mood changes, and their impact on daily life.
  • Develop strategies to feel more in control and less impacted by unexpected symptoms.
  • Learn how to sustain productivity and engagement while prioritising personal wellbeing.
