Thrive Workshop Career, Family, wellbeing

The Thrive Workshop – Career, Family and Wellbeing is a component of our Work-Life Wellbeing series and has been designed to assist parents and carers to reflect, review and reinvest in themselves.  Achieving work-life integration can often seem elusive as we navigate the daily demands of our careers, families and wellbeing and the aim of this session is to provide individuals with a practical toolkit that will ultimately help them thrive.

Facilitated by our highly experienced coaches, this session will provide strategies and tools from expert coaches to help parents and carers connect to their personal and professional lives in a sustainable and meaningful way and to provide a pathway forward that works for them and their families.

Key takeaways:

  • Learn how to refocus your priorities, both personally and professionally

  • Unlock creative ways to help you improve how you juggle everyday job demands and family life

  • Discover a comprehensive Career, Family and Wellbeing toolkit and use it to create a sustainable action plan

  • Connect and learn from other parents and caregivers who share these unique challenges

Who should attend:

  • Parents who would like guidance on how to re-evaluate career and family goals

  • Parents and caregivers who would like to focus on their wellbeing and health goals

  • Parents and carers who wish to set a new direction and pathway for success at work and at home
